With over two decades in the creative industry, she’s worked with some of Australia’s top agencies, including Clemenger BBDO, BMF, Y&R Sydney, and Showpony Adelaide, where she learned the true art of building the right team for every project. From large-scale shoots to small, scrappy productions, Amy knows how to bring the right mix of energy, talent, and heart to get the job done.

As the founder of Swinging Arms Productions (formerly Create Crowd), Amy combines deep production know-how with a creative, hands-on approach to deliver work that’s smart, resourceful, and unforgettably impactful – no matter the budget. She thrives on making ideas come to life and creating work that feels good, connects with people, and makes a lasting impression.

Amy also plays a key role behind the scenes at _SOUTHSTART, one of Australia’s leading national innovation festivals. There, she helps bring together the thinkers, makers, and doers shaping the future – another perfect example of her talent for turning big ideas into powerful, real-world moments.

Beyond work, Amy is a loving mum to Freddie and Josie. Together, they’re navigating the wild, wonderful highs and challenging lows of parenting – from endless questions and joyful chaos to the complex issues kids face in today’s world. This personal journey fuels her passion for creating content that’s kind, inclusive, and grounded in real connection.
